LBRN Transcriptomics – FINAL EXAM
This is the final review and exam for the Transcriptomics Graduate Course.
In Transcriptomics 1, 2 and 3, you learned about processing, statistical analysis and interpretation of RNA-seq data. This exam will help you evaluate your progress and understanding of key terms and concepts you have learned. The exam consists of 3 sections that covers each course in 10 questions. An additional section related to a different dataset/project will help you translate the learned concepts to a dataset that was not discussed in the courses.
