LBRN sponsors a series of courses that are independently taught in each participating campus as special topics courses.   A level 1 course includes: Introduction to bioinformatics, Genomics-1, transcriptomics-1, transcriptomics-2.  Level 2 courses include: Genomics 2, Epigenetics 1, Epigenetics-2, Machine Learning for Biomedical Data.   Each level course taught under the LBRN and local supervision is awarded a certificate a completion. Completion of both series of courses is awarded a certificate of bioinformatics training.  These certificates are in addition to credits awarded to each participant in each campus.
